At SFKS SURGICAL, customer satisfaction is important to us. This Refund and Return Policy outlines the conditions under which returns, exchanges, and refunds are accepted.

Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • The product is defective, damaged, or incorrect upon delivery
  • The issue is reported within 7 days of receiving the order
  • The product is unused, unaltered, and in its original packaging
  • Proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) is provided

Custom-made or personalized products are non-returnable, unless there is a manufacturing defect.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Customized or OEM-manufactured products
  • Used, sterilized, or altered instruments
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
  • Clearance or discounted items (if applicable)

Return Process

To request a return:

  1. Contact our support team with your order details and reason for return
  2. Our team will review the request and provide return authorization if approved
  3. Products must be returned in original condition and packaging

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Refund Policy

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, refunds will be processed
  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Refund processing time may take 7–10 business days depending on the payment provider
  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for defective or incorrectly supplied items, subject to availability. Replacement products will be dispatched after inspection and approval.

Shipping Responsibility

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or shipping error
  • SFKS SURGICAL is not responsible for loss or damage during return transit

International Orders

For international orders, customs duties, taxes, and shipping charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for compliance with local import regulations.
